Corporate Communications
The Corporate Communications Division serves as an important interface between the media, the
general public and Changi Airport Group. In addition to functions such as media cultivation and
monitoring public perception of Changi Airport Group and Changi Airport, it is also responsible for
crisis communications, and production of public relations materials.

Corporate Development and International Relations
The Corporate Development section drives company-wide Organisation Development (OD)
programmes to improve internal processes and promote an innovative culture, and also supports the
smooth running of Changi Airport Group's corporate functions. The International Relations section
formulates policies for and manages Changi Airport Group's relationships with international airline
bodies, airport counterparts and government agencies. As a whole, the Division also coordinates
Changi Airport Group's efforts in environmental protection and corporate social responsibility.

Corporate Information Technology
The Corporate Information Technology Division is responsible for providing an efficient IT
infrastructure to meet the IT needs of Changi Airport Group. While enhancing the overall efficiency
of Changi Airport Group /Changi Airport through use of IT, the division also looks into
strengthening the IT standards and governance.

This division supports the building of a high performing CAG organisation through assisting
senior management to chart strategic directions and facilitating thought leadership to enable
business growth, innovations and to operate with best-in-class competencies. Key functional areas
include Corporate Strategy & Planning, Business Development, Enterprise Risk Management and Air
Traffic Statistics.

Economic Affairs
The Economic Affairs Division spearheads the economic regulation process within
Changi Airport Group by regularly researching and updating variables such as passenger growth,
inflation, cost productivity, etc.
Human Resource
The Human Resource Division is responsible for ensuring a constant pipeline of exceptional
people to execute organisational strategies, through effective recruitment, manpower management,
talent management and development, as well as succession planning. The division also seeks to
engage employees to achieve greater organisational performance through an effective employee
communications and robust staff well-being framework.

The Internal Audit Division provides an independent and objective review of the organisation’s
activities, functions and processes to ascertain the effectiveness and adequacy of internal
controls at all levels of the organisation.

Legal & Company Secretariat
The Legal & Company Secretariat works with various stakeholders in establishing and
updating the legal framework for Changi Airport Group to carry out its functions. Besides providing
legal advice to divisions, this division also ensures that the organisation fully complies with the
Companies Act and other increased regulatory requirements. In addition, this division would ensure
good corporate governance between Changi Airport Group and its subsidiaries, and comply with
various corporate secretarial requirements of its parent company.
