• Commit to continual improvement of its environmental performance by setting environmental targets and implementing action plans to address significant environmental aspects
• Comply with all applicable legal and other requirements to which it subscribes which relate to its environmental aspects
• Provide senior management support and resources to enable policy objectives to be met
